Warehouse Label Micro-lesson

Project Overview
New material handlers in a busy distribution center often struggled with interpreting warehouse labels correctly, leading to mis‑sorted items and shipping delays. To address this, I developed a mobile‑friendly micro‑learning module that could be completed in under 10 minutes and accessed on the warehouse floor. The screencast video walkthrough demonstrates the course in action, with all company identifiers removed for confidentiality.
