About Me
I’m an instructional designer passionate about creating accessible, engaging learning experiences that spark curiosity and deliver real results. My approach blends creativity, collaboration, and purpose—grounded in adult learning theory, instructional design best practices, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
I earned my Graduate Certificate in Instructional Design from the University of Wisconsin–Stout, which deepened my skills and reaffirmed my love for learner-centered design. I’ve created e-learning, blended learning, instructor-led training, and microlearning for a wide range of audiences.
Currently, I design and deliver training at a company that manufactures Intelligent Transportation Systems and connected software. I support adoption through onboarding programs, scenario-based e-learning, live workshops, and just-in-time tools that empower users to succeed.
Before transitioning into instructional design, I served as Director of Youth Programs at the Wisconsin Humane Society, the state’s largest animal welfare organization and national leader in the field, where I led a team delivering impactful educational programs for thousands of young people and families each year. In that role, I also provided professional development for my staff and facilitated training for humane education professionals across the country.
I hold an MFA in Theatre in Education, and that creative foundation continues to shape the empathy, energy, and purpose I bring to every project. My work is further informed by my experience as an educator, manager, and non-profit leader, giving me a deep understanding of how to design learning that connects with people, supports their goals, and drives meaningful change.
I strive to design learning that bridges knowledge and action, helping people achieve meaningful results in their work and lives.
