• Mobile‑optimized format for tablets and handheld devices.

Development

Created in EdApp; SCORM‑compliant for LMS tracking; accessible with alt text, high‑contrast visuals, and keyboard navigation.

Implementation

Added to the onboarding program; also available as a just‑in‑time refresher for experienced staff.

Evaluation

Tracked error rates before and after training; gathered supervisor feedback on new hire performance.
